Sous Chef - Scottsdale

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Food Preparation : Responsibility for plating, cooking and the presentation of food using established recipes and guidelines.
• Inventory : Conducts weekly inventory and works with head chef in ordering
• System Management : Handles data entry and management systems including ordering, inventory, scheduling, and using computer systems to execute tasks and manage food and labor costs
• Team Performance : Assists with the hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, providing performance management and team member discipline
• Kitchen : Ensures proper maintenance, operations and usage of kitchen equipment. Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, walk-in and freezer areas.
• Safety : Enforces health and safety standards
