Investment Manager Services Division

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Financial Reporting team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional administration services to our clients while interacting with Fund Accounting teams, auditors, printers, and other SEI personnel. As a financial reporting specialist, you will participate in the preparation of financial statements for various clients in accordance with the regulatory and / or client deliverables calendar.

What You Will Do :

• In the financial reporting function, you will be responsible for drafting of the annual, quarterly and other financial statements as applicable for clients. In addition, you will support the internal and external review for these documents. To do this, you will prepare and provide the necessary documentation to clients and, where applicable, assist in filings with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in accordance to the regulatory deadlines.
• You will assist in managing communications with the fund accounting teams and as necessary, with external auditors, on financial reporting issues to proper resolutions.
• You will provide administrative support to the team by scheduling and facilitating kick-off meetings for each client deliverable prior to financial reporting period end. Additionally, for mutual funds, you will be asked to contribute to the preparation of Board related materials and to support the completion of the designated sections of the annual prospectus update for various clients in accordance with the regulatory calendar.
• You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support when necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries.
• Through attending and participating in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will acquire the tools to identify processes across the division and organization. You will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse team and grow your career.
