• Real Estate Attorney
• to join our transactions practice group. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established and respected team representing clients throughout Northern Colorado in complex real estate and business matters.
• Responsibilities
• Handle a broad range of real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leases, easements, boundary disputes, and development matters.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on land use, zoning, entitlements, and related administrative proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex business and real estate cases, bringing practical solutions and strong client service to every matter.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in Colorado (or eligibility for admission).
• Minimum
• 5+ years of real estate law experience
• Land use and zoning experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong business sense and ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.

Pay : $145,200.00 - $210,672.00 per year
