This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, with potential for varying hours and alternating weekend shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Home Health Nurse with infusion experience to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, particularly with OASIS training and experience in managing complex patient conditions.

Responsibilities

Conduct cardiopulmonary assessments and basic wound care.
Perform ABI compression dressing and wound vac dressing changes.
Manage Pleurx / Aseptdrain care and execute foley catheter changes and care.
Carry out staple / suture removal, use glucometers, and perform lab draw venipunctures.
Administer SQ / IM injections and provide IV skills, including PICC line or Midline care.
Document patient care effectively using designated charting systems.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary support teams, including Physical Therapy, Social Services, and Pharmacy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of home health experience with OASIS training and management.

Infusion and skilled home care experience are required.

Must possess a valid Florida license or compact license.

COVID-19 vaccination required or an approved exemption.

Flu shot or declination required, with mandatory mask wearing while at work.

Additional certifications as required (BCLS).
