Job descriptionLead, coach, and motivate a team of 10–20 restaurant staff daily Drive sales growth by developing and expanding outside catering business Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards Actively manage labor and food costs to meet profitability goals Competitive $55,000 – $60,000 annual salary Quarterly performance bonus potential — up to $2,000 per quarter Paid time off (PTO) Career advancement opportunities in a growing restaurant group Please note : Health insurance is not currently offered

Restaurant Manager Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of recent restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar)
- Background in a scratch kitchen / fresh food concept preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations , including P&L management, inventory control, and scheduling
