Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Richmond & Colonial Heights, VA

Full-Time | Clinic-Based Pediatrics | $75,000–$85,000 per year (based on experience)

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support children across our Richmond and Colonial Heights clinics . This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys a team-oriented environment and appreciates a week that includes work in two locations.

You’ll provide high-quality speech and language services in collaboration with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and clinical leadership.

Position Details

• Primary Locations : Richmond, VA & Colonial Heights, VA
• Setting : Clinic-based pediatric therapy
• Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Employment Type : Full-Time, Exempt
• Compensation : $75,000–$85,000 per year , based on experience
• Travel : Coordinated split schedule; mileage reimbursed between locations

Requirements

Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY under supervision Experience working with pediatric populations, especially children with autism spectrum disorder Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for helping children grow and a commitment to ongoing professional learning
