Job Responsibilities :

• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including nurses, physicians, and occupational and speech therapists
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Participate in care conferences to create holistic treatment plans
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
