Xray Technician Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience as an Xray Technician in a hospital setting

Valid ARRT certification or equivalent New York state licensure

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Current BLS certification

Radiology Job Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for patients in a hospital environment

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety protocols

Respond to on-call, call backs, and holiday coverage as required

Provide compassionate care and clinical support to patients during imaging procedures
