Accounting Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the finance and accounting sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Processing new membership agreements, hold requests, and other billing-related member requests
• Preparation of KPI trackers to monitor performance metrics
• Collaborating closely with the Sales team and Member Experience team to ensure an excellent member experience
• Working with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve invoicing issues
• Supporting data entry, record keeping, and computer operations to maintain accurate financial records
