As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible developing software and building distributed systems for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

As an engineer in our team, you'll be responsible for building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support health care platform, applications, and our end users. We believe in ownership and expect you to be able to collaborate and think long term.

Responsibilities :
Design and implementation of managing application settings across different environment, ensuring it is scalable, secure, reliable.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, software developers, security specialists, to define and refine the platform's architecture.
Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure, focusing on data distribution, storage, processing, and security.
Implement data modeling and database design to support complex healthcare data structures and relationships.
Experience building RESTful services; API design, pagination, error handling, and observability.
Define and develop software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications.
Build, maintain, and secure globally distributed software supply chains and automation pipelines.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and technical excellence.
Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud-native technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our platforms.
Qualifications :
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 years of relevant experience with Terraform / Ansible and progression of automation
This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a US Citizen.
Experience developing and maintaining applications which leverage modern, object-oriented front-end frameworks
Experience developing software collaboratively using version control and automated CI / CD
Utilize programming languages like Python, C#, SQL, databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes
Experience integrating with a variety of different kinds of APIs (REST, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, GCP, Azure, etc.) preferred
Experience developing for and / or administering a variety of operating systems (Windows Server / Linux)
Thirst for learning and mastering new technologies
Experience working on teams leveraging Agile development frameworks such as Scrum
Interest in building and growing with software throughout its lifecycle
Strong initiative and passion for making a difference
Discipline to work remotely and communicate clearly
Demonstrated technical leadership and a passion for mentoring junior team members.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,200 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
