Program Manager

The Position :

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, service line St. Patrick Center, is looking for a mission and values driven individual to join our team at our off-site location, Caritas St. Matthews. The Manager of the Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Program is part of the Grant Per Diem (GPD) program and will monitor and oversee this Veteran program to ensure contract goals are consistently met. The program manager will train all new coworkers and oversee the typical daily work of the CERS program team to ensure documentation and verification requirements are followed, assessments are accurate, and homeless verification is provided. Responsiblilities include oversight of the CERS contract and assists in the completion of reports, provides mental health assessments and counseling to program clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and will work with team members to coordinate case management services. This program is a 24 / 7 program, requires the ability to be on-call and flexible, and able to consistently work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm.
