SPINE SURGEON

Orthopedics Northwest, PLLC is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to provide high quality orthopedic spine care to the Yakima Valley at Multicare Yakima Memorial Hospital. Enjoy the support of a full spectrum of subspecialty partners within this collegial private practice group, including sports medicine, hand surgery, total joints, trauma, foot and ankle, spine, and general orthopedics. Opportunities exist to work with medical students from the nearby Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences as well as Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program, if interested.

The schedule for this opportunity is a traditional workweek and occasional weekend for call. Potential for a creative work schedule. Expected spine and general orthopedic call responsibility for this opportunity is approximately 5 days per month. We are also actively recruiting for physician assistants to round out the practice. Partnership opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an ACGME accredited orthopedic residency program
• Board eligible / board certified orthopedic surgeon
• Completion of and orthopedic spine fellowship, willing to consider new graduates
• License in the state of WA by time of employment
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
• Current BLS

Fellowship trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Licensed in Washington State by the time of employment

DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
