Retail Services and Distribution Manager
$25.00 / hour based on experience
Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm
Long term, permanent opportunity
Located in Waterloo, IA
Duties :
- Oversee the order assembly department to be sure daily orders have been completed and sorted for proper distribution.
- Oversee customer service and operations training for routes and stores.
- Learn routes and work with route sales people to ensure proper customer care and sales / volume growth.
- Periodically work with each store and route for continuous training along with fill in for store or route personnel if needed.
- Work with the marketing department to carry out promotional campaigns at the store and route level.
- Advocate for customers by following through on special requests and assist in claim settlements.
