As a Benefit Representative, you’ll educate clients on benefit options, provide personalized solutions, and build lasting relationships.

This is a virtual position.   Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and through video conferencing Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently Basic knowledge of benefits programs in the insurance industry Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems Background check reqired Powered by JazzHR
