Build your career at Ram Supply as an Account Manager on our account management team servicing our client base in-person in our Northern VA and D.

C. markets. Your initial training and all company meetings will be held in our Baltimore City location.

Note : You must demonstrate proficiency in speaking Spanish conversationally. Do not apply if you are not proficient in Spanish

You will also be responsible for managing existing relationships and driving revenue by identifying opportunities for additional products we can sell our clients.

If you’re multi-lingual customer-oriented candidate with a can do’ attitude, this position is for you. Our ideal candidate has a drive for achieving goals and maintaining a great customer experience.

Ultimately, the ideal candidate will live in the DC, or Northern VA area and possess the skill set to increase sales and build and retain successful long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or have experience in the restaurant or janitorial space.

While this position serves the DC, and Northern VA markets, you will be expected to routinely commute to our Baltimore headquarters for training and routine meetings.

Candidate must excel at collaboration, teamwork, and being a self-starter. Independence, exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-up, and follow-through, written communication, and sales process understanding are necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Meet existing and or prospective customers onsite and introduce our services / solutions through both formal presentations and discussion
  • Manage all service and sales duties including cross-sale opportunities and sales demonstrations
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to resolve issues, billing, orders, and inquiries
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience

Qualifications :

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field, which may be substituted with 3-5 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong focus on quality of work and ability to self-check work for accuracy
  • Adhere to deadlines all the while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and character

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Restaurant Management or restaurant experience
  • Prior use of a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sage)

Compensation : Base Compensation plus commission, bonus,and health insurance. Total compensation $100,000+
