How you will make a difference : As a physical therapist you will help patients meet their goals in the place they call home. You will connect with your patients through their treatment plan and monitoring their progress. A team will also be working with you to support your day-to-day visits. Physical therapists who enjoy creating their own schedule, autonomy and experience with a wide range of ages and conditions will shine in this role! What's required to join our team :

• 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR
• Current PT license for Florida
• Ability to evaluateprepare treatmentplans and follow doctors'orders and your treatment plan. What we can offer :
