Revenue Systems Manager

We are seeking a data driven and strategic Revenue Systems Manager to lead our end-to-end revenue operations. You will architect and optimize our entire revenue engine during this critical hyper-growth phase. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who can execute complex technical implementations while driving strategic systems to scale GTM operations from millions to hundreds of millions in ARR.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to optimize the entire revenue process
  • Build complex GTM systems around lead routing, pipeline processes, and implementation of commission plans to scale with rapid growth
  • Analyze conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer acquisition costs while building reporting that provides real-time visibility into revenue performance
  • Own the RevOps tech stack and integrate a dozen tools into HubSpot
  • Dogfood and use Replit as part of your daily

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in RevOps
  • Previous experience at a high growth SaaS startup
  • Successfully built the RevOps system from the ground up
  • Proven experience supporting companies through significant scaling phases ($10M to $100M+ ARR etc.)
  • Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms
  • Strong technical skills and an analytical mindset
  • Bonus Qualifications

  • Current Replit user
  • Coming from an AI startup or implementing AI tools in your workflow
  • Experience with Hubspot
