Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of pediatric conditions and a demonstrated ability to assess and treat a variety of diagnoses, including developmental delays, scoliosis, and torticollis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Provide patient and family education regarding home exercise programs and care strategies.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate clinical records in Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
