Job Summary :
The File Coordinator works independently to preserve the integrity of the case files by scanning, cataloging, and filing closed client cases. The File Coordinator will assist with Travel Coordination and may assist with the Front Desk when needed.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
Scans, faxes, files, and runs errands to the courthouse and other destinationsPrepares files for off-docket storageSorts, organizes and stores electronic documents in case files into case management software, binders, CDs, DVDs or other mediaTravel CoordinationAs Front Desk CoordinatorGreets guests and maintain the lobby areaAnswers all incoming calls to the office and occasional rollover calls when covering for front deskPerforms general clerical duties assigned by the department managerRequired Skills / Abilities :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareBasic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filingAbility to work independently and to identify and solve problemsAbility to organize and prioritize workAbility to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous mannerA commitment to the Core Values and continuous improvement personally and professionallyEducation and Experience :
High school graduate or equivalentPhysical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements :
