Job descriptionNight Shift - ( 1 charge,2 RN, 2 MHT, and 1-3 sitters) Patient Ratios – RN 1 : 8 shared nursing model Type of equipment – Glucometer, office equipment, O2, tube feeding EMR – Meditech Typical Procedures : Provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the age of the patient. Act as an advocate for patient safety and oversee compliance with core measures for applicable patients. Participate in development and implementation of plan of care. Communicate the elements of the nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality intervention and promote collaboration within the health team. ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred A recent 12 months of Psych RN experience in an inpatient hospital setting 1 year chemical dependency / psychiatric experience or a strong desire to learn skills associated with this field. BSL and CPI Certifications ID RN License Rotating Weekends
