Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and client relationship building. Other responsibilities include conducting analysis to support sales strategies, maintaining strong customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and develop actionable insights
  • Proficient Communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting ideas, and collaborating with team members
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and attract potential partners and clients
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction or electrical distribution / manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Must live within the Utah or Colorado territory
