Job description

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Perform audits of clients' web analytics and recommend improvements for accurate tracking

Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans using data

Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes based on test results

Required Qualifications

Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and / or jQuery

Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools

Experience with major web content management systems like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento

Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
