Joyce University is seeking a Simulation Technology Specialist to support and maintain the advanced tools and systems in our Joyce Johnson Center of Simulation (JJC). If you\'re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-fidelity manikins, task trainers, VR equipment, AV systems, and other simulation technology.
• Perform software updates, coordinate equipment repairs, and track maintenance schedules.
• Serve as a liaison with vendors, IT partners, and simulation team members.
• Provide training and support to faculty and staff using simulation and lab technology.
• Assist with new equipment installation, budget planning, and technology procurement.
