Pay Range : $42 - $44 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitation of process meetings
• Recommends changes for continuous process improvements and optimization
• Conducts research of potential process improvements and analyzes data to develop and make recommendations for process solutions
• Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of processes and toolsets
• Conducts post-implementation reviews and utilizes metrics to determine success of new or enhanced processes.
• Will help to facilitate resource planning while projects are in early planning phase
• Provide weekly updates on progress for assigned work
