The IT Help Desk Support Associate will gain real-world experience solving problems relating to IT hardware, systems, and software. Supports requests from home-based and on-site employees. This position is full-time based out of our office in Bensalem, PA. Reports to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Low-level Help Desk support
  • Assist with Web portals (Teams, Video Conferencing, vendor sites)
  • Password resets
  • Setup and configuration of new computers
  • Setup and assist with mobile device deployments

Requirements :

  • Familiar with Windows 10,11
  • Computer Hardware experience
  • Malware / Virus Cleanup
  • MS Office
  • Preferred, but not required : Microsoft 365
