The IT Help Desk Support Associate will gain real-world experience solving problems relating to IT hardware, systems, and software. Supports requests from home-based and on-site employees. This position is full-time based out of our office in Bensalem, PA. Reports to the IT Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Low-level Help Desk support
- Assist with Web portals (Teams, Video Conferencing, vendor sites)
- Password resets
- Setup and configuration of new computers
- Setup and assist with mobile device deployments
Requirements :
