Sodexo is hiring our Director Facilities in the Wichita, KS area. Our successful candidate will manage a large budget with a large staff, have excellent time management and leadership skills and mentor our integrated facilities team. Valid Driver's License with clear background is required. Very strong technical skills with hands on mechanical expertise, a high level of emotional intelligence and strong professional polish are required for success in the role. Annual Incentive Plan Bonus.

What You'll Do :

• Provide leadership as an experienced FM professional
• Provide direction and guidance to the Facilities team of managers and employees
• Maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship with our client partners
• Identify and solve mechanical problems proactively by walking through buildings doing inspections and assuring integrated facilities management runs smoothly
• Manage day-to-day facilities responsibilities including providing overall planning, strategic innovation and implementation of the campus plan, achieving operations and financial goals
• Provide strong strategic senior level Facilities Operations leadership while influencing C-Suite level clients on all matters relating to contract and account operations
• Manage and understand the nuances of IFM operations including Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Project and Asset Management, Environmental Services, Grounds and Landscaping and Energy Management
