Primary Responsibilities : Prepare and install ductwork for new heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes.

Specific Duties & Tasks :

• Select appropriate materials based on specifications, standards, and job requirements.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and install ductwork, insulation, grilles, dampers, and piping as directed.
• Install HVAC equipment, fans, and electrical components in line with job blueprints and guidelines
• Follow and interpret blueprints, job layouts, and installation instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, portable power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
• Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties / responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
