Volunteer Resources Associate VISTA

The Volunteer Resources Associate VISTA helps recruit and onboard volunteers throughout the agency, with an emphasis on those who teach English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to adults. VISTA will create an onboarding process for new volunteers that includes a more comprehensive training program. VISTA will utilize and expand the use of CCAs volunteer management software for scheduling and tracking volunteer time. The VISTA will also cultivate volunteers by developing outreach and training opportunities, as well as appreciation initiatives. VISTA will research and coordinate professional development opportunities for ESL students. The VISTA is also in the planning and logistics of the Christmas Connections program and other agency events and outreach.
