KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creating New Sales Qualified Opportunities
- High-Volume Outreach : Make 100 phone calls per day and send targeted emails to uncover potential customers.
- Discovery : Request PDF business documents schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand prospects specific needs and challenges.
- Opportunity Creation : Create 6 Sales Qualified Opportunities per month with a forecast annual valuation of over $10K each.
- Collaborate with Leadership : Work closely with management to guide prospects from first contact through to the closing stages.
2. Pipeline & Activity Management
HubSpot Utilization : Use HubSpot to accurately track organize and manage leads ensuring all activities and follow-ups are documented.Territory Coverage : Balance your outreach across a variety of industries ensuring every potential lead is engaged.Metrics-Driven : Continuously monitor daily activities (calls emails meetings) and key performance indicators (SQOs revenue potential) to meet or exceed monthly / quarterly targets.Process Improvement : Identify ways to optimize outreach strategies refine messaging and improve conversion rates.COMPENSATION

SKILLS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience in Sales Development or Business DevelopmentMust have prior experience in print merch / promo or signage industriesFamiliarity with HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM / platforms for lead trackingExcellent communication skills (phone email and in-person)Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotasOrganized and detail-focused able to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneouslySelf-starter comfortable with high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information :
