HumCap is recruiting on behalf of a growing SaaS solution technology company in the compliance and quality management software industry.

We are looking for a talented Sales Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding their sales presence.

You will have a unique opportunity to shape their sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience selling in a competitive environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be a hunter with a hunter mentality.
  • Successful sales experience in B2B, SaaS or ERP technology highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of compliance software in the food, healthcare, and insurance industries a plus.
  • Bachelor's' degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable selling to c-suite level executives.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Trell CRM software is a plus.
  • This is a D / FW based company and the position will office remotely with the ability to meet in-person as needed.
