Facility Hours

Shifts are scheduled within these hours based on operational needs.

Monday : 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Tuesday-Thursday : 6 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Friday : 6 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Saturday : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Sunday : 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

Collect vitals and patient intake information with accuracy

Support patient education and reinforce after-care instructions

Complete required documentation and forms thoroughly

Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin LPN license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
