Senior Software Technical Project Manager

Plans and executes avionics projects developed internally or with suppliers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams from engineering, operations, and quality to define project plans, track milestones, and manage risks.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead project planning for mid-sized projects; oversee execution and resolve moderate issues
• Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently
• Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively
• Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed
• Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans
• Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features
• Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts

The starting pay range for this position is $97,500 to $117,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
