Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product & Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide practical legal advice across product development, privacy, compliance, and intellectual property matters

Guide teams through the AI / ML product lifecycle and ensure compliance with global regulations

Draft and negotiate customer and product integration agreements while supporting cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction

5+ years of legal experience in product counseling and commercial transactions within a technology or SaaS environment

Understanding of AI-related legal and ethical issues and emerging global regulations

Proven ability to drive business-oriented results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
