We are looking to add an experienced and entrepreneurial thinking recruiter to join our talented team.

The ideal person will have a passion for good things, strong industry relationships in either fashion, clean beauty, or wellness, and a deep understanding of the Direct to Consumer and Wholesale landscape within these categories.

If you are looking for a new lease on your recruitment career, with a role that allows you to get creative, feel ownership, and get paid well for your hard work, this role is for you.

This is a brilliant chance to work alongside senior-level executives that will support you and collaborate with you all the way.

Our HQ is located in West LA in a brand new, bright and airy, modern, creative space – we also offer remote working options too.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Connect with hiring managers to secure new business.

Interview candidates and pre-screen for suitability for our open roles.

Develop simple marketing strategies to promote yourself and your open roles using Email, Social Media, Linkedin, Job Boards

WHAT YOU’LL BRING :

3 to 4 of years recruiting experience within a recruitment agency setting.

Existing relationships and deep understanding of the brands within the Fashion, Beauty, Food & Beverage, Wellness industries.

Knowledge of DTC, E-Commerce, and Digital based companies.

An understanding of the roles and responsibilities within your specialized category.

A strong verbal communicator who’s is not afraid to pick up the phone and make a call.

Clear and concise writing skills

Strong work ethic, self-starter, hungry, and a positive attitude.

Interested in running your own business within an agency setting.

Digitally native with a strong grasp of technology and tools including Google, Excel, Scheduling Tools, ATS Systems.
