Job Title : Process Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Process Technician to carry out work in the most beneficial way for the company, while adhering to applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will set a good example regarding work ethic, attendance, safety, and quality for employees and colleagues. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing plant improvement events and ensuring shift coverage, including covering for sick, vacation, or other last-minute changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement plant improvement events such as quality, CQI, and 6S.
• Work directly with the Director of Manufacturing Services to implement plant improvement events.
• Ensure shift coverage and manage last-minute changes.
• Collaborate with Warehouse & Materials Supervisor and Purchasing Department to maintain necessary materials and supplies for production.
• Attend and lead various meetings with employees and management.
• Ensure materials meet quality routines and instructions.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret manuals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 / hr.
