Turner Industries Group, LLC has an opening for a Document Control Specialist to join our Team in the Denver, CO area. The Document Control Specialist will implement and administer document management systems and related procedures that capture, retrieve, store, and share electronic records and documents. Non-exempt role; Works under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager; Performs a variety of routine duties within established policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- 5+ years configuration management/document control experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to review/update processes/procedures
- Good system integration and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Google Workspace
- Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others at the workplace
Functional Requirements:
Develop, document, and maintain best practice procedures, Consult with end users regarding accessing electronic content, Propose recommendations for improving content management system capabilities, Assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content, Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents, Exercise surveillance over document processing, reproduction, distribution, storage, or archiving, Monitor activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws, Perform
additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Compensation:
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
