A company is looking for a Biostatistical Programming Manager to lead the programming team in observational research studies. Key Responsibilities Execute and lead programming for observational research studies using various data types Establish project priorities and allocate resources in alignment with business needs Manage staff development and performance while communicating technical information to diverse audiences Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical industry Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field is preferred 8+ years of relevant statistical programming experience Experience managing programming teams and working in a globally dispersed environment In-depth knowledge of real-world data and large claims dataset programming experience
