The Lead Nurse Administrator plays a critical role in the success of our nursing operations. You will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and development of nurses, maintaining compliance and clinical standards, managing medical inventory, and ensuring the smooth, safe flow of studio operations. This position works closely with studio leadership and the nursing team to maintain a highly compliant, organized, and consistent environment across locations.Training & Team DevelopmentConduct onboarding for new nurses, including orientation, training walkthroughs, competency checklists, and reinforcement of Restore workflows and expectations.Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to ensure clinical and operational consistency.Maintain documentation of all training, certifications, competencies, and required renewals (CPR, RN license, etc.).Communicate updates from Corporate Nursing, state boards, and leadership to the nursing team.Assist in developing and updating training materials, SOPs, and competency guides.Clinical Administration & ComplianceMaintain and update Restore protocols to ensure alignment with corporate standards and state regulations.Conduct regular chart audits (accuracy, consistency, completeness).Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, biological waste disposal, and nursing practice act guidelines.Maintain all required logs and documentation : Emergency drug boxesFridge temperature logsSharps Disposal disposalExpiration and lot number trackingMonitor and resolve clinical compliance risks and report findings to management.Stay informed on any changes in Oregon / WA nursing regulations that affect operations.Inventory & Resource ManagementManage ordering, stocking, and organization of all medical inventory, including injectable supplies, emergency medications, sharps, PPE, and IV-related materials.Monitor expiration dates, lot numbers, usage patterns, and waste trends.Maintain compliant, organized storage areas that meet both state and corporate standards.Forecast supply needs based on seasonality, staffing, and service usage.Assist with budget recommendations related to medical inventory.Operational & Administrative SupportSupport nursing schedule coordination, shift coverage, and labor forecasting.Assist with incident documentation, follow-up, and communication with medical directors and leadership.Participate in team meetings, leadership meetings, and monthly corporate calls.Support planning and nursing participation in community events, trainings, and special studio initiatives.Provide data reports (weekly / monthly) on inventory usage, training status, audit results, and compliance trends.Collaborate with studio management on process improvement and operational efficiency projects.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in OregonMinimum 2 years of nursing experience; wellness, med-spa, ambulatory care, or IV therapy experience is a plus but not required.Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.Ability to train, mentor, and provide constructive leadership to nursing staff.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with EMR systems, documentation, spreadsheets, and digital tools.Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects at once.Comfortable with policy interpretation, compliance enforcement, and continuous improvement.Compensation & ScheduleHourly pay based on experience.Eligibility for administrative stipend and / or monthly bonuses.Flexible scheduling with occasional weekend needs for training or events.Opportunities for growth into broader operational or leadership roles.BenefitsComplimentary and discounted Restore services for you, friends, or family.Fun, wellness-focused work environment.Casual dress code.Opportunity to make a significant impact on team quality, safety, and nursing operations.
