Provide expert advice and create customized proposals based on the customer's specific needs and home conditions. Follow up with leads generated by the company and maintain a high conversion rate. Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Sales Expertise : Proven track record in sales, with experience in solar or home improvement solutions preferred. Versatility in Home Improvement : Experience or knowledge in selling various home improvement products and services is a plus. HIS License : Required for candidates in California. Reliable Transportation : Must have reliable transportation and be flexible with work hours to accommodate customer needs. Elite Selling Environment : We seek top performers who are motivated to excel in a high-quality, competitive sales environment.
