As aBucket List Travel Advisor, you’ll collaborate with clients to design and book unforgettable, high-end vacations.

From serene tropical retreats to immersive cultural explorations, you’ll use your expertise and creativity to craft personalized itineraries that cater to each client’s unique desires.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection, making it an ideal opportunity for travel enthusiasts seeking a dynamic and fulfilling career.

We’re seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to client satisfaction.

Whether you have prior experience in travel planning or are eager to grow in the luxury travel industry, we’ll provide the training and support you need to excel in this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
  • Research and recommend upscale destinations, accommodations, and exclusive experiences.
  • Craft and present personalized, detailed luxury travel itineraries.
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
  • Provide expert advice, insider tips, and destination insights to clients.
  • Resolve client inquiries and address issues before, during, and after travel.
  • Stay updated on luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive promotions.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel planning, sales, or luxury customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Passion for travel and deep knowledge of luxury destinations.
  • Reliable internet access and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
