The position oversees Team Leads and supports their growth into effective leaders who can deliver consistent results for clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Talent Development

Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing employees for Commercial Lines.

Select, appoint, and manage Team Leads, ensuring alignment with agency values and goals.

Ensure processes and procedures support efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Promote an inclusive and supportive team culture built on trust, accountability, and shared goals.

Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term business goals.
