This Commercial Relationship Manager will do the following :

• Responsible for generating new and servicing a variety commercial / business loans, and bank services in accordance with individually established business development goals.
• Achieves portfolio growth and cross-sale goals.
• Oversees assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper compliance with loan covenants.
• Responsible for monitoring portfolio quality, stability and managing risks.
• Makes presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.
• Performs underwriting functions as needed.
• Continually monitors credit quality of assigned accounts.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
