Position Summary :

HCS is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic in Centreville, VA! The Fleet Mechanic will be resposible for all duties related to fleet vehicles and repairs. Fleet Mechanic #22-00075

Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor and / or complex repairs for all equipment
• Repair Truck & Trailer
• Tire maintenance and repairs
• May be required to test drive equipment if certified
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain a proactive work environment

Requirements :

• 5 years' experience as a Fleet Mechanic performing vehicle repair and maintenance
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
• Knowledge and use of hand tools from simple wrenches to pneumatic tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have valid driver's license
