CFO opportunity in Arizona

Our client is a Private Equity company seeking a CFO to join their growing Arizona based company in a Transportation & Logistics related industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company and analyzing strengths / weaknesses in the company's finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.

Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.

Development of Budgets both at corporate level and subsidiary level.

Involvement with software system enhancements and upgrades.

Bachelor's degree, CPA or MBA and bilingual Spanish preferred but not necessary.

5+ years of financial experience and management experience and 10 years as a CFO

Knowledge of compliance, and some International industry related laws.
