PRN Occupational Therapist/OT Independent Living Community

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist for an open PRN position at an Independent / Assisted Living / SNF facility in Oklahoma City, OK.

We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapist Assistantor will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.

You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapist Assistant(NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist / Occupational Therapist Assistant.
