Compensation :
$90,000 - $115,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop strong connections with new clients in Houston, TX as their trusted financial consultant
- Customize financial strategies for each client based on their career, life phase, and evolving financial requirements
- Analyze the financial data of clients accurately to assess their financial standing, objectives, retirement plans, and other wealth management aspects
- Embrace a structured and receptive team approach to learn from colleagues
- Support clients in realizing their financial objectives through well-thought-out product, strategy, and investment recommendations
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is highly preferred for this role
- Exceptional communication skills and strong mathematical abilities are essential, along with a proven history of cultivating enduring relationships with both existing and potential clients
- Basic understanding of financial industry principles, financial products, and the responsibilities of a financial advisor is an advantage when applying for this position
