Salary : $65,000 + Commission

Salary : $65,000

Car Allowance : $500 / month

Sales Commission : You will be eligible for a 10% commission of customers’ first month billed revenue for new customers, capped at a TCP of $3000.00 per customer.

The Inbound Account Manager will manage and grow both revenues through in-bound tire volume utilizing a consultative approach in the sale of Tire Collection and Recycling services to accounts as assigned.

Responsible for retaining existing revenue and tire volume, while closing new business and managing pricing on an account-by-account basis to achieve budgeted goals.

Liberty Account Managers are the forward face of our customers and must take ownership of customer relationship.

Responsibilities :

  • Initiating business to business sales relationships with existing customers
  • Developing proposals and offerings to secure volume and grow new business
  • Research and become fluent in all facets of Tire Recycling
  • Attending conferences / symposiums as a means of networking and staying current with industry-and market-related information
  • Full account management to include customer retention
  • Loss prevention monitoring and processes as needed
  • Achieve company pricing goals and yearly increases
  • Providing high-impact Communication
  • Able to identify pertinent Local, County, State, and / or Federal government regulations
  • Manage both existing customers and prospect opportunity by developing and maintaining sound sales plans
  • Help devise sales approaches and solutions
  • Sales negotiation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job :

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales or customer service industry.
  • The ability to convert new business inquiries into secure customers.
  • Ability to transform potential customer cancellations into retained customers through professional negotiation and relationship building
  • Some overnight travel and host outdoor work events
  • Ability to identifying and managing new business opportunities
  • Must identifying and responding immediately to customers' needs / request
  • Techniques for bypassing Gatekeepers
  • Ability to learn and understands the competitive landscape in the local area
  • Analyze and solve problems
  • Conduct formal presentations
  • Recognizes relationship networks and utilizes them to build customer base
