PrimaryTasks

• Review existingarchitecture and security postures and provide an implementationapproach to maximize efficiencies for use in a cloudbasedenvironment.
• Develop technical designspecifications to ensure delivery team implementations align withestablished architectural designs.
• Identifyand recommend any critical additional architecturalrelated toolsand technologies necessary to support continuous integration anddelivery methods.
• Support client to conductassessments recommend optimization strategies implement updates andprovide optimization support in Azure and other cloud servicestandards and solutions at the operating systems programmingmiddleware and database levels.
• Facilitatediscussions and present planning and implementation tasks relatedto architecture and securitybased initiatives.
• Validate implementation configuration or code updatesproposed by Enterprise Architecture and Information Security tomeet established or planned DCSS architectural testingstandards.
• Document technical architecturerequirements design and implementation activities as defined foruse by DCSS staff.
• Partner with DCSSInformation Security and Enterprise Architecture resources toenhance existing security architectures and support theimplementation of any new services and solutions in thecloud.
• Assess existing Enterprise Architectureroadmaps and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in technicalsystems development analysis programming technologysolutions
• Bachelors Degree in an ITrelated orEngineering field. Additional qualifying experience may besubstituted for the required education on a yearforyearbasis.
• Three (3) years of successful deliveryexperience with Azure cloud projects which addressed enterprisesystem architecture technology web services and messageorientedmiddleware software technologies
• Three (3)years of experience with identifying developing or implementingcloud security standards
• Demonstratedexperience as lead role for integrations for at least one (1)project in the last five (5) years
• Industryrecognized certifications such as Microsoft Azure SolutionsArchitect Expert certification or applicable MS Azure Cloudcertifications
• Additional education technicalarchitecture certification(s) and demonstrated technicalarchitecture experience.
