The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of Logistics or Dispatch experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities of the Logistics / Customer Service Specialist

• Provide high quality customer service
• Dispatch, track, and follow up on service calls
• Maintain accurate information and compliance
• Work efficiently with other internal departments

Requirements of the Logistics / Customer Service Specialist

• 2+ years of recent Logistics, Dispatch, or Account Management experience in transportation
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations
• Positive attitude while working under pressure
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for the Logistics / Customer Service Specialist
